Transactions includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Acquisitions of oil and gas drilling assets, shipping assets, charter contracts fixture with National and International Oil Companies, construction contracts for new build drilling high specifications cyber drilling rigs, technical and commercial management of Drilling Rigs, Very Large Crude oil Tanker (VLCC), Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC), Bulk Carriers, Container and Refrigerated Cargo Vessels including their major repairs, refurbishment and upgrades in reputed shipyards in Middle East, South East Asia and Europe.
Marine Engineer & Naval Architect by profession, Mr. Milind after graduating from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training, Kolkata in 1992 has sailed on international sea going vessels transporting both dry and wet cargoes for about 12 years. Mr. Milind has done post-graduation studies in Marine Engineering through Lal Bahadur Shastri College, India and is alumni of Harvard Business School and Insead Business School completing specialised courses on Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions.
